This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your installation, access to, and use of Dispatch
Simulator ("Game"), developed and published by Savage Systems ("we," "us," or "our").
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must
not use the Game.
2. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Savage Systems grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment
purposes.
You do not acquire ownership of the Game, its source code, artwork, audio, characters, scenarios, or other
intellectual property.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Savage Systems and its licensors.
3. Restrictions
Unless expressly authorized by Savage Systems or permitted by applicable law, you may not:
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit unauthorized copies of the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game in violation of applicable law.
Circumvent licensing, authentication, or security systems.
Use cheats, exploits, unauthorized automation, or malicious software to interfere with gameplay or
multiplayer services.
Interfere with servers, infrastructure, or other players.
Use the Game for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities.
4. Artificial Intelligence Features
Dispatch Simulator uses artificial intelligence to generate interactive caller dialogue and voice
responses.
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated conversations may be unpredictable, inaccurate, repetitive, or inappropriate.
AI responses are fictional and are not professional emergency response instructions.
AI services may experience interruptions, delays, or temporary unavailability.
Certain AI features may require an active internet connection.
AI functionality may be adjusted, restricted, or updated to maintain security, reliability, or service
quality.
The Game is intended for entertainment and simulation purposes only. It is not an emergency communications
training certification or a substitute for professional emergency dispatch procedures.
5. Multiplayer Conduct
Players participating in multiplayer features must treat others respectfully and use the Game's online
services responsibly.
Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, intentional disruption of gameplay,
exploitation of vulnerabilities, and attempts to compromise other players' accounts or systems.
Savage Systems may investigate reported misconduct and apply proportionate restrictions, including
warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent removal of online access.
Enforcement decisions may be reviewed upon request, subject to operational and safety considerations.
6. Content and Sensitive Themes
The Game contains fictional emergency situations, potentially including violence, accidents, medical
emergencies, distressing dialogue, and psychological horror.
Player discretion is advised.
Savage Systems does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be suitable for every player.
7. Intellectual Property
Dispatch Simulator, Greyford County, original gameplay systems, visual assets, audio, trademarks, and
related content are owned by Savage Systems or its respective licensors.
You may create and monetize ordinary gameplay videos, screenshots, livestreams, and commentary, provided
they do not misrepresent official affiliation with Savage Systems, infringe third-party rights, or
distribute the Game itself.
Savage Systems may publish separate content creation guidelines.
8. Updates and Changes
Savage Systems may release updates, patches, balance adjustments, new content, or technical changes.
Features may change during development, including early access and beta periods.
We may discontinue particular online features or services where reasonably necessary, subject to
applicable law and any specific commitments made at purchase.
9. Purchases and Refunds
Purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to the applicable platform's purchasing and
refund terms, together with mandatory consumer protection rights.
Purchases made directly through Savage Systems are subject to the refund terms disclosed at checkout.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that
cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to online services for material violations of this Agreement,
security threats, fraudulent activity, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination does not affect rights or remedies that must survive under applicable law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an "as available" basis without
guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with every device.
Nothing in this section limits statutory warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot
lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Savage Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be
excluded.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in the Game, our services, or legal requirements.
Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Where required by law, we will obtain
additional consent.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, without depriving consumers of
mandatory protections available under the laws of their jurisdiction.
