1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the Dispatch Simulator website, online services, multiplayer infrastructure, account-related features, and associated services operated by Savage Systems.

By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms. Use of the installed Game is also governed by the Dispatch Simulator End User License Agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the services under applicable laws.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

Certain features or content may be subject to additional age restrictions.

3. Accounts and Access

Where accounts or authentication systems are provided, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials and for activities occurring through their accounts.

You must not impersonate others, access accounts without permission, or deliberately provide false information for fraudulent purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Distribute malicious software or attempt unauthorized access to services.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to disrupt gameplay or gain unfair advantages.
• Interfere with servers, networks, or other users' access.
• Use the services for unlawful activities.
• Attempt to bypass reasonable security, moderation, or licensing restrictions.

Savage Systems may take appropriate action against violations.

5. AI-Powered Services

Certain services rely on third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure.

AI-generated responses are produced dynamically and may vary between sessions.

Savage Systems does not guarantee that generated responses will always be accurate, appropriate, or available.

AI-generated emergency scenarios are fictional and must not be relied upon as professional emergency response guidance.

6. Multiplayer Services

Multiplayer availability may depend on network connectivity, server capacity, maintenance, and other technical factors.

We may implement reasonable restrictions to preserve fairness, security, and service stability.

Players must comply with applicable multiplayer conduct rules.

7. Purchases and Payments

Paid products, downloadable content, and optional services may be offered through authorized distribution platforms or directly through Savage Systems.

Prices, applicable taxes, payment terms, and any recurring charges will be disclosed before purchase.

We will not introduce recurring charges without appropriate disclosure and authorization.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer protection laws.

8. Early Access and Beta Features

Certain versions of Dispatch Simulator may be identified as alpha, beta, preview, or early access releases.

These versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, performance issues, and changes to gameplay or functionality.

Descriptions of planned features do not constitute guarantees of a particular release date unless expressly stated as binding commitments.

9. Availability of Services

We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, security incidents, technical failures, or third-party outages may affect services.

We may modify or discontinue services in accordance with applicable law and any commitments made to users.

10. User Submissions and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant Savage Systems a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to develop, improve, and promote its products.

This does not transfer ownership of your unrelated intellectual property.

Personal information submitted with feedback will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All original website content, branding, software, and game materials are owned by Savage Systems or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited except as permitted by law or expressly authorized.

12. Enforcement

We may restrict access to services when reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, abuse, security concerns, or unlawful activity.

Enforcement may include warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account or service suspensions.

Any enforcement remains subject to applicable consumer rights.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savage Systems is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from interruptions, user misconduct, or technical failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms as our services evolve.

Material changes will be communicated where appropriate, and additional consent will be obtained where required.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protections in other jurisdictions.
